Quality and service
Our service workflow, while standard for the industry, is more complex than people new to translation and localization might expect. And because we’re nimble and flexible, we’re able to easily adapt our workflow to meet the particular requirements of your projects.
Stoquart Workflow
- When we first learn of your work, we perform a project management analysis to see if it’s feasible for us to complete it in terms of content, format and deadline.
- If we’re missing information, we’ll obtain it from you so we can give you an accurate quote.
- We’ll make sure we have the proper resources available to do the job.
- We’ll send you a quote, including a budget and deadline.
- Upon approval, your project manager will select the appropriate resources for the job.
- Files will be prepared, if needed.
- The translation work then begins, including research, editing, proofreading using CAT tools, search engines, terminology lists, terminology databases, external experts—whatever is required to do the job right.
- Next is a question and answer session with you, if you desire.
- If needed, we post-process files after the translation is complete.
- We perform desktop publishing, if desired.
- Translated files are delivered to you.
- Files are reviewed and approved.
- Feedback is implemented.
- Final files are delivered.
